Malik Riaz Hussain is a Pakistani business magnate and real estate developer. He was born on February 8, 1954, in Sialkot, Pakistan. He is the founder and chairman of Bahria Town, a real estate development company that is known for constructing gated communities in Pakistan.
Riaz started his career as a clerk in a construction company in Rawalpindi. Later, he founded his own construction company, Malik Riaz Hussain Limited (MRHL), which was involved in the construction of military facilities in Pakistan. He later ventured into real estate development and founded Bahria Town in 1996.
