Hassan Sheheryar Yasin, commonly known as HSY, is a Pakistani fashion designer, entrepreneur, and television personality. He was born on July 23, 1972, in Lahore, Pakistan. Yasin completed his early education in Lahore and then went to the United States for his Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the Pakistan School of Fashion Design in 1994.
After completing his degree, Hassan Sheheryar Yasin started his own fashion label, HSY, in 2000, which has become one of the most successful fashion brands in Pakistan. He is known for his elegant and contemporary designs that blend traditional and modern elements.
HSY has showcased his collections in various fashion shows in Pakistan and internationally.Apart from his fashion label, Yasin has also established several other ventures, including a multi-brand retail store called The House of HSY and a bridal couture brand called HSY Wedding. In addition to his business ventures, he has also hosted several television shows in Pakistan, including “Tonite with HSY” and “Hot Chocolate with HSY.”
Hassan Sheheryar Yasin is also involved in various philanthropic activities. He has been associated with the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, and regularly contributes to charitable causes in Pakistan.Yasin has received several awards and recognitions for his contributions to the fashion industry in Pakistan.
In 2017, he was awarded the Lux Style Award for Best Fashion Designer – Bridal. He has also been recognized internationally and has showcased his collections at various fashion events around the world, including London Fashion Week and Dubai Fashion Week.
