He is the co-founder of Dawood Hercules Corporation, a conglomerate that has interests in several industries, including fertilizer, energy, and textiles. Dawood Hercules Corporation is one of the largest companies in Pakistan and has operations in several countries around the world.
Apart from his business ventures, Bashir Dawood is also known for his philanthropic work. He is the co-founder of the Dawood Foundation, a non-profit organization that focuses on education, healthcare, and social welfare initiatives in Pakistan.
