Sihah Waris is a Pakistani entrepreneur and the founder of RiseMom, a startup that supports working mothers by providing them with a network of support and resources to help them succeed in their careers.
Sihah holds a degree in Business Administration from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and has extensive experience in the corporate sector. She has worked for multinational companies such as Unilever and PepsiCo, where she gained insights into the challenges that working mothers face in the corporate world.
After becoming a mother herself, Sihah realized the need for a support network for working mothers in Pakistan. She founded RiseMom in 2019 with the aim of providing a platform for working mothers to connect, share their experiences, and access resources and information that could help them balance their professional and personal lives.
RiseMom’s platform offers a range of resources, including webinars, workshops, and mentorship programs, aimed at helping working mothers enhance their skills and advance in their careers. The platform also offers a space for mothers to share their stories and connect with each other, creating a supportive community that understands the challenges of balancing work and family life.
