Aamir Ibrahim is indeed the CEO of Jazz, which is the largest telecom operator in Pakistan. He took over the position in 2016, succeeding Jeffrey Hedberg. Before becoming the CEO, Aamir Ibrahim served as the Deputy CEO and Chief Commercial Officer at Jazz. He has also worked with various multinational corporations, including Motorola, Nokia, and Siemens, in different parts of the world. Aamir Ibrahim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Before joining Jazz, he worked with Telenor Pakistan as its Chief Marketing Officer and later as its Deputy CEO. During his tenure at Telenor, he played a key role in the company’s growth and expansion in Pakistan.
Under Aamir Ibrahim’s leadership, Jazz has undergone significant transformation and has become a leading digital company in Pakistan. He has been instrumental in driving the company’s digital strategy and focusing on customer-centric innovations, which has resulted in the launch of various digital services such as JazzCash, Jazz TV, and Jazz World.
In addition to his professional achievements, Aamir Ibrahim is also actively involved in various social and philanthropic initiatives. He is a board member of the Aman Foundation, which is a non-profit organization focused on health and education in Pakistan. He is also a member of the Pakistan Business Council and the American Business Council.
